Overall it was a very pleasant stay for a quick visit. The hotel was in a peaceful location not far from the store next door, several restaurants, shopping and the BART, and Pleasanton. The staff were really helpful and professional lot of time.

The staff member at the front desk was very helpful when I had issues with the Wi-Fi. I found the room to be quiet, which allowed me to rest well after a long day. Lastly, the cleanliness of the room met my expectations.

Noise from outside made it difficult to relax, with loud conversations and disturbances right outside the door. On top of that, a troubling encounter with cockroaches in the bathroom. While I appreciate a budget option, this experience had me feeling pretty uncomfortable.

This place was just a balanced option for taking strolls in Pleasanton with good value. The room had a quirky bottle opener on the wall, a nice surprise. Try to avoid rooms near the stairs to get a good night's sleep.

I had such a refreshing stay! The location was super close to Bart. The room was impeccably clean and cozy-just what I needed for a peaceful night.

Clean and cozy place.

I booked two rooms but was only given one. The service was terrible, with the staff refusing to help me after showing my confirmation email. I was exhausted after driving all day and felt disrespected to have to pay again for a room that was already reserved.

The room was well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated the location, easy to access nearby restaurants and attractions.

Surprisingly Comfortable Stay

While the staff interaction was less than stellar, I enjoyed the quirky features in the room. The bottle opener on the wall was a fun touch!

The location is perfect for families, just a short walk to Tommy T's Comedy House, a hit with the kids. The room was nice and spacious, complete with a fridge and microwave.

My children wished there were more activities for them to enjoy on-site. Maybe a small playground would enhance the family experience.
